– Orders are processed within **1-2 business days**
– You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

## Shipping Times

**United States:**
– Standard Shipping: **10-20 business days** (FREE on all orders)
– Express Shipping: **5-10 business days** (available at checkout)

**International:**
– Shipping times vary by location (10-30 business days)
– Customs delays may occur (outside our control)

## Tracking

– Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships
– You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website

## Shipping Costs

– **FREE standard shipping** on all U.S. orders
– Express and international shipping rates calculated at checkout
– All prices include shipping (no surprise fees)

## Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:
1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Contact the carrier directly
3. Email us at support@homeedge.store if still unresolved

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

## Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us ASAP at support@homeedge.store. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address.
