## Returns

You have **30 days** from delivery to request a return for:
– Defective or damaged items
– Wrong item shipped
– Item doesn’t match the description

## How to Request a Return

1. Email support@homeedge.store with your order number and photos (if damaged/defective)
2. We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Ship the item back (we’ll provide a prepaid label for defective items)

## Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:
– **Full refund** issued within 5-7 business days
– Refunds processed to your original payment method
– You’ll receive an email confirmation

## Non-Returnable Items

– Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
– Items returned after 30 days
– Items without original packaging (unless defective)

## Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
